Emilio Ferrer

Managing Partner

Emilio is the founding partner of the Firm and the head of all activity. Emilio has more than 20 years of professional experience, mainly linked to the financial sector. Previously, he was Director of Restructuring Services at Deloitte in Spain, where he was responsible for advising financial institutions on debt refinancing and restructuring. During this period he acted as financial advisor to banks in some of the most relevant transactions in the Spanish market. Previously, Emilio worked in the Corporate Expansion department of BBVA and at EY, in the Transaction Services area, where he was responsible for financial sector transactions in Spain. Emilio holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from San Pablo CEU University and a Master's Degree in Auditing from IE University.

Rosa Gómez

Director of Operations

Rosa is Director of Operations and responsible for the execution of the Company's projects, as well as the areas of Compliance and Management Control. 
With more than 20 years of experience in financial management, auditing and management control, her career has been developed at Deloitte and Auxadi. Before joining Loan Partners, she was Auxadi's Financial Director, responsible for the areas of finance, treasury, accounting, management control and compliance, in charge of the implementation of the subsidiaries' reporting systems (NAV environment) and control procedures in the Group. At Deloitte, she worked as a financial auditor for multinational technology companies. Subsequently, she was part of the Independence, Risk and Compliance team. Rosa holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from San Pablo CEU University and a Master's Degree in Auditing from IE University.

Verónica Sánchez

Manager

Verónica is Manager at Loan Partners, which she joined in 2015. She previously worked at Deloitte for 8 years, during which she specialised in financial services, working capital management and professional standards, working for clients in multiple sectors.
Verónica has extensive agency services experience in syndicated loans, framework agreements and working capital financing transactions.
She holds a degree in Business Administration and Law from the University of Salamanca.

Fuensanta Sedeño

Senior Analyst

Fuensanta joined Loan Partners in 2016, where she currently holds the position of Senior Analyst. She has extensive experience in the management of factoring operations as an agent, as well as in syndicated financing and monitoring of working capital and guarantee lines.
Fuensanta holds a degree in Business Administration and Management and Law from the Complutense University of Madrid, and a Master's Degree in Business Consultancy and Tax Consultancy from CEF.

Analyst

Mara joined Loan Partners in 2020, where she holds the position of Analyst. Previously, she worked for Abanca and Afigal SCR, in the commercial and risk division. She is currently part of the syndicated and monitoring team, specialising in debt refinancing agreements, monitoring and working capital operations. 
 Mara holds a degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Banking, Finance and Insurance from the University of Santiago de Compostela.
